Communication system
Most of the communication system of Godagari upazila is dependent on roads. Besides, there is communication with Rajshahi and Chapainawabganj by rail. The capital Dhaka is mainly connected by road and the city of Rajshahi is connected to Dhaka by rail. The upazila has road connectivity with all the unions except Ashariadah union. Due to lack of navigability of Padma river, Godagari upazila has no communication with Dhaka by water.
